About me


I’m 35 years old and have been living in Royal Deeside, Scotland for 9 years.

I was born in Hertfordshire where I grew up and went to college for 3 years attaining NVQs 1,2 and 3. In the third year I received the Student of the Year Award. I also have a valid food hygiene certificate.


My first job was at the Lanesborough hotel in London. From there I have worked in various establishments: restaurants, hotels, country houses and castles.

I am Classic French trained but can cook in all styles to all levels. I've been a freelance chef in Scotland for over 6 years; I have various types of clientele, all of whom require something different.

I’m credited for being honest, trustworthy and reliable with good time keeping and effective organisation.

I love meeting new people from all social backgrounds and have a good sense of humour.


What I do

I can come and cook for you in the comfort of your own cottage while you relax and enjoy your holiday. I source the best seasonal produce all from local suppliers.

I cater for everybody and anybody: fishing groups, shooting parties, families etc. Breakfast, lunches, afternoon tea and dinner parties for the whole week or just a day; whatever you want for you and your party in your own cottage.

I am willing to travel within a 30 mile radius; if further I would need a room provided. I charge per hour with the food costs in addition. Prices depend upon what you eat but are generally cheaper than eating out and no one has to drive!

On first contact we discuss dates, location, number of guests and ages, dietary requirements, meals required, timings and budget. I will then send you a menu plan. If you are happy with everything, I will do all the organising and shopping, and meet you at the cottage.
